Free public transport doesn't add up – unless you get rid of the drivers [lol]

Another attack on fare-free transit. It takes a lot of "education" and "academic research" for these trolls to come up with the old "we need the money" bs.

It's a matter of accounting. Bus systems are considered money-losers because the true cost of the auto system is never considered. The auto-system requires billions in subidy and maintenance and has billions more in negative consequences.

One would think an "academic" would be able to see the big picture.
